We use an exposure bracketing method to capture each room in its best light, showcasing the space and potential of your property. Apartments (Small or No Garden, No Exterior Photos): 2 Bedrooms: Up to 20 HDR photos, up to 5 detail/view photos - €100 3 Bedrooms: Up to 30 HDR photos, up to 10 detail/view photos - €150 4 Bedrooms: Up to 40 HDR photos, up to 10 detail/view photos - €200 5+ Bedrooms: Please inquire for a custom quote (prices start at €300+) Houses and Villas (with External Amenities: Garden, Pool, etc.): 2 Bedrooms: Up to 30 HDR photos, up to 10 detail/view photos - €150 3 Bedrooms: Up to 40 HDR photos, up to 15 detail/view photos - €225 4 Bedrooms: Please inquire for a custom quote (prices start at €300+) Please note that photoshoot services and prices may vary depending on the property. Travel is free within Estepona, Sotogrande and Alcaidesa. Travel beyond these areas incurs an additional €25 charge per 30-minute drive (minimum charge €25). Photoshoot and Delivery: Minimum of 2 photos per room or space. Views through windows are enhanced (obscured on request). Shots taken from 130-150 cm height for rooms, and 160-170 cm for kitchens and bathrooms (adjustable upon request) to showcase countertops, etc. One photo typically suffices for small bathrooms/toilets. Additional detail shots (table decorations, etc.) available upon request. Separate photos of window views are included. Additional lighting used as needed. Post-Processing Configuration: All room/space photos are captured using a tripod. Exposure bracketing (taking 5 photos with different exposure settings) is used for tripod shots. These photos are then combined into a High Dynamic Range (HDR) image. HDR photos are processed for a beautiful, light, and spacious aesthetic using various techniques. Limited corrections (removing visible stains, dirt, etc.) are possible upon request. Detail shots and window views are typically taken handheld and without bracketing, offering a high-quality result with limited correction capabilities.
